Terms and Conditions

Last updated

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://templytic.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Templytic (“we”, “us”, “our”), and set out the general terms on which we provide our services. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About us

Templytic is a web agency offering web development, UI/UX design, mobile app development, WordPress and e-commerce development, front-end and back-end development and international SEO. We also publish a blog with practical guides and tool reviews.

Using the Site

You may browse, read and share the Site for your own personal or business purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system;
  • upload or send malware, spam or harmful code, or overload the Site with automated requests;
  • copy large parts of the Site, scrape it systematically or republish our articles as your own;
  • impersonate Templytic, our team or anyone else.

We may restrict or block access to anyone who misuses the Site.

Blog content

Our articles, tutorials and reviews are general information, written in good faith and based on our experience and research at the time of writing. Software, prices, features and platform rules change often, so some details may become outdated. Always check important information with the official source and back up your website before you change code, themes or plugins. Please read our Disclaimer for more details.

You may use short code snippets from our tutorials in your own projects. You use them at your own risk, and they come without any warranty.

Comments

When you post a comment, you confirm that you have the right to post it and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish, edit for length or clarity, and display it on the Site. Comments are moderated. We may remove comments that are off-topic, promotional, abusive, misleading or unlawful, or that contain spam links. You remain responsible for what you post.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design and code written by us, belongs to Templytic or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the original page. Product names, logos and trademarks of other companies mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products.

Our services

Proposals and agreements

Every project starts with a conversation and a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule. That document takes priority over these Terms if the two differ. Prices shown on the Site are indicative, in US dollars, and may change; the price in your accepted proposal is the one that applies.

Payments

Unless your proposal says otherwise, we may ask for a deposit before work starts, and the remaining balance is due as set out in the proposal. We may pause work if an invoice is overdue. Fees for third-party products and services, such as hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, fonts, stock images or app store accounts, are paid by you unless the proposal includes them.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide content, feedback, approvals and access in good time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
  • Make sure you have the rights to all text, images, logos and other materials you send us.
  • Keep your own accounts, domain and hosting renewals active unless we have agreed to manage them.
  • Check and approve the work before launch.

Changes to the scope

Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are welcome. We will tell you how they affect the price and timeline before we start them.

Ownership

When you have paid in full, you own the final design and the custom code we create specifically for your project. Third-party software and assets, such as WordPress, themes, plugins, libraries, fonts and stock images, remain under their own licences. We keep ownership of our general know-how, tools and reusable components that are not specific to your project, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your website or app. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Support and maintenance

The support period included with your project is described in your plan or proposal. Ongoing maintenance, updates and SEO work after that period are available as a separate service.

Results

We use proven methods and our best professional judgement. However, search engine rankings, traffic, conversions and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and how a website is managed after launch. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings or business results.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with the merchant, under the merchant’s terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Third-party websites and tools

The Site links to websites, tools and services run by other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site being error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Warranties for client work are only those stated in your proposal or agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Templytic is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our content. For client projects, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate Templytic for reasonable losses and costs caused by your breach of these Terms or by materials you provided that infringe someone else’s rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect projects already agreed in writing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Templytic has its principal place of business, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.
